LeJon Glover, Growth Coach and Founder of Goal Mine Coaching, brings an authentic and unorthodox, grounded approach to personal development and clarity work. With a quiet leadership style and deep intuitive insight, LeJon helps clients slow down, raise awareness, realign, and move forward with purpose and intent.
LeJon is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Psych-K Facilitator, Human Design Reader, and Certified Transformational Coach who’s spent decades mining the mind’s buried potential. First, to rebuild his own life. Now, to rebuild yours. A former Blue Collar Tradesman and justice-impacted citizen, he traded street life for mindset mastery, proving that adversity is the pickaxe that excavates greatness.
With a unique blend of modalities, LeJon’s strength lies in his ability to see what others miss: patterns, blocks, and opportunities that have yet to be discovered. He works best with those navigating complexity, guiding them through life transitions, decision paralysis, and personal re-alignment.

A Human Design reading is a personalized analysis that maps out your unique energy type, purpose, and life path based on your exact birth date, time, and place. It uses a body graph that reveals how your energy flows and how you are designed to interact with the world. It is an emotional, energetic, and psychological analysis of an individual, which utilizes a number of esoteric systems such as astrology, I Ching, the Chakra system, the Kabbalah, and quantum physics.
